Our Farmer’s Series is an attempt to promote the products and efforts of local farms by raising awareness of the long-standing connection between family farms and their historic stewardship of natural resources.
During this summer long celebration of all things local, sustainable, and delicious, Chef Ken Carter and his culinary team will feature a single farm throughout the month and prepare a daily feature inspired and composed entirely from the best seasonal ingredients produced by that farm.
